StepMate is not a medical device. All provided data should be viewed as estimations. Users must consult a healthcare professional before initiating new physical activities.
All billing and subscriptions are processed via the Google Play Store. We do not store or manage your credit card information or financial credentials.
As data is primarily stored locally, StepMate cannot recover lost history unless the Secure Vault feature is enabled. Backups remain the user's responsibility.
